Outline of Final Research Achievements

Caring for families who have experienced perinatal loss requires a team leader who can support the inexperienced members of the team. The purpose of this study is to clarify the educational needs of team leader nurses in the care of perinatal loss and to develop a training program. As the educational needs of the team leader, <Education method for team members> <Facilitation in discussion> <Emotional support for young members> <How to open a grief care outpatient clinic> <How to collaborate with other occupations and communities> < Support group start-up and management method> category was extracted. An educational program was developed based on this.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

ペリネイタル・ロスのケアに携わるチームリーダーのための研修プログラムは、日本にはまだ存在しておらず、先駆的な研究である。開発過程においては、チームリーダーの教育ニーズを、質的記述的研究から明らかにし、その結果を基に、インストラクショナル・デザインの手順に沿って、システマティックに開発していることが本研究の特色である。このプログラムは、チームリーダーの細やかな教育ニーズを反映し、現在の日本の現状を踏まえた独自の研修プログラムになっている。したがって、今後のペリネイタル・ロスのグリーフケアの普及や医療施設と地域との連携による継続的で包括的なケアシステムの構築に繋がる研究であると思われる。
