Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we focused on spinal excitability in order to elucidate the mechanism of increase in muscle stiffness. Muscle stiffness increased after muscle cooling, but there ware no significant changes in spinal excitability during and after muscle cooling. The resuluts suggested that spinal excitability does not affect the increase in muscle stiffness accompanying peripheral changes.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
