本研究に関連して、具体的に挙げた成果は以下の通りである。とりわけ1950年代に日本社会党両派が参加したアジア社会党会議などに関しては、本研究で実施してきた内容を反映している。

本報告は英語で行ったものであるが、近く神田豊隆「日本社会党と戦後和解――村山談話の『社会党らしさ』」として、論文集の一部の形で公刊される予定である。
また、1950年代に社会主義インターナショナルとアジア社会党の間で日本社会党が架橋的役割を果たしたことについて、The Left and the International Arena in the 20th Centuryと題する論文集の中で1章を執筆する予定である。
