| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
During the project period, I worked on experimentation in organizations by adopting the framework of strategic experimentation (multi-armed bandit problems). In 2018, the paper "Dynamic Performance Evaluation with Deadlines: The Role of Commitment" was published in Journal of Industrial Economics, and the paper "Hierarchical Experimentation" was published in Journal of Economic Theory in 2018. I also present my works in the 18th Annual SAET Conference, seminars at Hong Kong Baptist University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of Tokyo, and Concordia University in 2018, and in the third Spain-Japan Meeting on Economic Theory, seminars at Seoul National University, and Peking University in 2019. Papers "A War of Attrition with Experimenting Players," "An Entry Game with Learning and Market Competition," and "Reputation Concerns in Risky Experimentation," are under submission.
