| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
若手研究Ｂ基金(2017-2021)により「なぜ組織事故は繰り返されるか：失敗からの学習の動学的分析」の研究プロジェクトを行うことができ，以下の実証論文のジャーナル掲載，国内外学会や研究会での発表・参加を行うことができた。
第１に，本基金の支援を受けて作成した実証論文の"No pain, yet gain?: Learning from vicarious crises in an international context"が，国際ジャーナルであるJournal of Business Research誌へ掲載された(DOI:https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jbusres.2018.05.009)。第２に，本基金の支援を受けて作成した実証論文の"Does social trust slow down or speed up the transmission of COVID-19?"が，国際ジャーナルであるPLOS ONE誌へ掲載された(DOI:https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0244273)。第３に，実証論文の"Field disaster, routine shifts, and adaptation performance: Evidence from the Chernobyl disaster"を作成し，国際ジャーナルであるOrganization Studies誌へ投稿し，2022年４月現在，Conditional acceptanceをもらっている。第４に，実証論文の"Open versus closed alliance networks as a precaution for organizational disruptions"を作成し，専門図書であるResearch in Strategic Alliances: Managing Trust in Strategic Alliancesへ出版した。
最後に，本基金の支援を受けることにより，国内外の学会や研究会へ参加でき，研究に必要とされる情報を収集して今後の研究成果へ反映することができると考えている。
