Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Study A- Expression of MHC class I and II in tadpoles during development: completed cDNA library sequencing of tadpole samples from study species (Rana ornativentris) as well as model species (Xenopus). Completed assembly and transcriptomic analyses (differential gene expression analysis, gene ontology analysis), and successfully published manuscript.
Study B-Transcriptome of numerous Japanese frog species to study immune genes: research discussion with collaborators in Melbourne, Australia. Preparation of manuscript.
