Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Single cell RNA-seq analysis was performed on peripheral blood monocytes population of systemic sclerosis patients. Several clusters of monocytes were identified by the result. Integrated analysis with bulk monocyte data from systemic sclerosis patients suggested a subset of inflammatory monocytes have a role in the pathogenesis of systemic sclerosis.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
