Outline of Final Research Achievements |
S100A2, S100A4, S100A6, and S100A11 concentrations in duodenal juice were measured using a ELISA kit. But the concentrations S100 family protein were not useful for detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. We tried to extract exosomes from duodenal juice by ultracentrifugation. We successfully isolated exosomes from duodenal juice. Also we found exosomal RNA (miR-155) might be a biomarker of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
