Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To evaluate the potential of regenerative medicine using mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) in orthopaedic field, we compare growth speed and differentiation potential between human primary MSC and human iPS cells derives MSC. As a result, the suppression of growth speed was detected through passage in human primary MSC. On the other hand, we could prepare unlimited human iPS cells derived MSCs using our induction method. Unlimited time schedule of cell preparation and cells number would be great advantage for the regeneration therapy for future.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
