| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
平成30年度は、前年度に実施したヒト脂肪組織からのヒト血管内皮前駆細胞の純化培養法の改良を行い、より高い収量の細胞を得ることが可能になった。この改良に関しては、特許の修正申請を行った。また得られた血管内皮前駆細胞の細胞特性解析を既存の臍帯静脈血管内皮細胞との比較により行った。以上の内容は、国際学会（International Federation for Adipose Therapeutics and Science年会）で成果発表を行った。また、糖尿病マウスで難治性皮膚潰瘍モデルを作製し、血管内皮前駆細胞による治療効果の試験を行った。この結果は、次年度にデータの解析を行う予定である。

| Causes of Carryover |
研究計画では、調製した細胞を疾患マウスに投与する計画としていたが、やや開始時期が遅れたため、次年度に予算を繰越す必要があった。次年度繰越分で動物の飼養、動物実験を実施する予定。
