| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究は急性病態における血液凝固線溶動態を解明し、その治療応用を目的としている。今回、急性病態下にある患者血液で、凝固線溶系マーカー及び血管内皮細胞障害関連マーカーを解析した。外傷、敗血症、心停止後症候群などの急性病態において、t-PAやPAI-1を中心としたダイナミックな変化がもたらす線溶亢進から抑制への継時的な血液凝固線溶動態を捉えた。特に熱中症に伴うDICに関しては、マーカーによる凝固線溶動態を指標とした治療戦略が有効であった。更に、これらの凝固線溶異常と血管内皮細胞障害との関連を明らかとした。今回の急性病態における血管内皮細胞障害を含む血液凝固線溶動態及び機序の解明は、治療戦略構築に必要なものであると考えられる。
