Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The supported specimens can more effectively dissipate heat during part building, which leads to a higher cooling rate than that of the unsupported specimens. The support structure ensured good mechanical properties for withstanding thermal stresses and helped to prevent micro-cracks led by thermal distortion.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
