| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究の目的は、血液透析のシャント血流音とその狭窄度、その他の患者の動脈硬化の指標等の身体的要因との関連性を明らかにすることである。
これまでに、聴診器付きマイクを試作して実際のシャント血流音を録音し、シャント血流音の周波数解析を行い、シャント血流音を正確に集音し録音できることがわかった。
また、現在は上記聴診器付きマイクを試作時の対象者について、その2年後までのシャント血管の異常の有無や既往歴などの身体的要因と、シャント血流音の周波数特性の関係について分析、論文としてまとめている。
