Outline of Final Research Achievements

Children with gender identity disorders often has suicide consideration. We published books for teachers, school nurses, school doctors. In cooperation with We cooperate with Board of Education and the human rights department of prefectures around the country to make a guideline and brochures for LGBTQ children. We founded a pro-education authorized coordinator system and carried out an authorized examination.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

ジェンダークリニックを受診する性同一性障害当事者の約6割が自殺念慮，約3割が自殺未遂や自傷行為の経験や不登校の経験を持っている．しかし，正確な知識を持つ一般教員，養護教諭，学校カウンセラー，学校医は少ない．性同一性障害，トランスジェンダー，LGBTQなどに関するe-ラーニング用等の教材の制作・提供し，人材育成に利用できる．また，学校や医療の現場で子どものメンタルヘルスの課題に対応することができる学会認定の教育系のコーディネーター制度を創設した．これにより，質の確保も可能になる．
