2018年は、研究「日本で行われた抗うつ剤のプラセボ対象臨床試験8本、約4000人分の個人データを元に、IPD-MAを実施する」について、英文論文を1本（Furukawa TA, Maruo K, Noma H, et al. Initial severity of major depression and efficacy of new generation antidepressants: individual participant data meta-analysis. Acta Psychiatr Scand 2018;137(6):450-58. doi: 10.1111/acps.12886）
研究「世界で行われてきた慢性うつ病の認知行動療法（CBASPと略称される）と、抗うつ剤と、両者の併用を比較したすべての臨床試験4本、約1200人の個人データを元に、IPD-NMAを実施する」について、英文論文を1本（Furukawa TA, Efthimiou O, Weitz ES, et al. ここまで順調に研究を進めてきたが、その分、共同研究会議などが少なくて済んだ。しかし、最終年度を迎え研究会議を増やし、まとめの論文を発表して行きたい。
