| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2021年度の主目的であるフランスOECD滞在は6月3日までの実質2か月となった（6月4日日本着帰国者隔離3日間）。フランス滞在中は、OECDに勤務し、企業間賃金格差と職業紹介を経由した労働市場の流動性についての議論を進め、OECDワーキングペーパーの改訂にいたった。また、OECDの各種コンファレンスに出席し、コロナ禍にあって、公共職業紹介は失職時のセイフティ・ネットとしての役割を求められるようになり、とりわけ地方中小企業やクリエイティブ産業での活用に注目が集まるようになっていることがわかった。これらの活動の結果の一端は、OECD, Employment Outlook 2021にまとめて取り入れられている。帰国後は職業紹介関係の研究を重視し、オンラインプラットフォームの研究, "4th IDSC of IZA Workshop: Matching Workers and Jobs Online - New Developments and Opportunities for Social Science and Practice,October 08, 2021 - October 09, 2021," へ参加した。また戦前期の職業紹介のメカニズムを援用し、法と経済学会全国大会のシンポジウムでコメントも行った。
