Research Abstract

本研究では走査型非線形誘電率顕微鏡と薄片化単結晶記録媒体作製技術,を研究開発の核にして,人工的に作製可能で物理的に安定な最小の強誘電ナノドメインドットの大きさや強誘電性の消失する限界の試料厚の確定,スイッチングスピードの詳細な計測や強誘電体のドメイン壁の実測などの基礎的研究を行い,これらの結果と新開発の非接触SNDM法等プローブメモリ技術の諸問題点を根本から解決できる多数のSNDM関連技術を組み合わせ,実用化技術として発展させることを目的とする.
