Research Abstract

巨大ひずみ材料の原子レベルでの材料解析を多面的に行った。強加工によって導入される高密度格子欠陥構造・組織を可視化し、特異な粒界構造を観察した。また、局所および平均転位密度を測定した。表面強加工層の残留応力分布も調べた。強加工によって金属中に蓄積されるエネルギーを評価した。さらに、強加工に伴う極微細組織の形成過程を調べ、金属アモルファスや固溶体の形成を確認した。ナノ複合材、高強度合金の作製にも成功した。
