Research Abstract

生体内には遷移金属カルコゲン錯体を活性中心にもち、水素や窒素などの小分子活性化などを行う金属酵素が知られているが、その多くの反応機構は未解明である。本研究では、これらの活性中心の構造と特異な反応性に着目し、独自の指導原理に基いて多核金属カルコゲニドを設計、合成し、触媒反応機構を錯体化学的に理解し、それを基に触媒反応に展開することを目的とする。基本的なカルコゲン架橋二核錯体を理解することがその第一歩であると考え、鉄とニッケルがチオラートで架橋された二核錯体を活性中心にもつ[NiFe]ヒドロゲナーゼと、ニッケル二核錯体をもつアセチルCoA合成酵素のモデル反応構築を検討する。
