Research Abstract

生命情報(バイオインフォマティクス)を主たる対象として、比較的少ない量のデータから安定した解析を可能とするために、対象データに適切な階層構造を導入し、かつ複数の分散情報源を統合することのできるベイズ推定法を開発し、遺伝子発現、タンパク質活性に関わる実データに適用する。また、情報統計力学の手法を顕微鏡画像データの解像問題に適用することで、生体内での細胞、分子挙動を観察できる高分解能を実現する。
