Research Abstract

本研究計画では、恐怖などの情動の発現機構と情動異常が起こる原因を明らかにするために、各種の遺伝子改変マウスを作製し、その機能解析を進める。具体的には、電気生理学的なシナプス機能解析、生化学的解析、個体レベルでの神経行動学的解析を駆使して、情動が発現する分子・細胞機構や恐怖などの情動が記憶される機構、さらには、それらと情動異常を呈する精神神経疾患との関連性などの解明を目指す
