Research Abstract

我々が開発した高度免疫不全NOD/SCID/γC^(null)(NOG)マウスは、ヒトの細胞、組織や臓器を高生着させるマウスである。このマウスに様々なヒト因子やサイトカイン等を分泌させることなど、さらに改良を加えることによって、「ヒト化動物モデル」の作出のための基盤となる高度免疫不全マウスを作製する。
