Research Abstract

DNA 付加体を網羅的に解析する手法「DNA アダクト-ム解析」を用いてヒト臓器中に存在する未知のDNA 付加体を同定し、その生物学的意義(突然変異誘発、DNA 修復機構)を明らかにする。
