Research Abstract

ポリオウイルス(PV)の体内動態に関する多くの事柄の内、腸管での増殖機構、中枢神経系への伝播機構、神経細胞への病原性発現機構に焦点を絞り、感染過程進行にとって、作用する宿主機能の解析を進め、宿主内におけるウイルスの感染現象の基本を理解する。
