Research Abstract

小・中・高校生の基礎代謝量および身体活動レベル(PAL)を正確に測定し、この年齢階級の推定必要エネルギー(Estimated Energy requirement : EER)算出のための日本人のデータを得ることを目的として、平成18年度には中学生60名、19年度には小学生60名、20年度には高校生60名を対象とした測定実験を行う。また、三次元加速度計による日常生活の身体活動状態の把握、食事摂取状況の調査もあわせて実施し、小・中・高校生の生活スタイルの現状とエネルギー消費・摂取との関わりについて明らかにする。
