Research Abstract

最終年度に得られた主な成果は、下記に記す4件の成果である。
(1)異なる3種類の量子系:ジョセフソン接合中の量子二準位系(ミクロ)⇔超伝導人工原子(メゾスコピック)⇔超伝導伝導線路共振器中の光子状態(マクロ)の間におけるエンタングルメントの生成と超伝導人工原子を用いた時間領域での制御およびエンタングルメントの時間発展の様子を観測することに成功した(論文投稿中)。
(2)単一量子系である超伝導人工原子の重ね合わせ状態に関してジョセフソン分岐増幅(JBA)測定を用いた、量子状態の射影測定が成功する条件を明らかにした(論文投稿中)。さらに、超伝導人工原子の量子状態を、測定器であるジョセフソン分岐増幅(JBA)回路を用いて測定する場合の量子測定過程のダイナミックスおよびデコヒーレンスの役割について量子論的見地から解明することに成功した。(PRL102,257003(2009).)
(3)コヒーレンス時間に比べて2桁以上短い時間スケールで、超伝導人工原子のトンネルエネルギーをその場制御することに成功した(論文投稿中)。この成果は、超伝導人工原子の新たな制御の可能性を導くものである。
(4)シリコンFETとキャパシタンスを介して結合した二次元電子ガス層を含む電気機械共振器を用いて、室温における最高感度の変位検出(6×10^<-12>mHz^<-1/2>at 131kHz)に成功した。(APL95,233102(2009).)
4年間の研究期間の最終年度にあたり、本基盤研究で主要な研究成果を挙げた研究者が一同に会し、その成果を発表する機会を提供すると共に、この分野関連で活躍している研究者や、今後、共同研究を行なう研究者にも参加していただき、現在取り組んでいる研究や、今後の研究展望について最先端の研究者が意見交換を行う場を提供することを目的に、H21年3月4日,5日NTT厚木研究開発センター講堂にて、QPSAM2010 : Workshop on Quantum Physics using Superconducting Artificial Atoms and Nanomechanicsを開催した。
http://www.brl.ntt.co.jp/event/qpsam/参加者は2日間で延べ約100名。講演数:17件内招待講演11件(海外5件,国内6件を含む)。会議は非常に盛況であった。講演者および会議参加者間での活発な意見交換が行なわた。
