| Research Abstract |
本研究では、自治体が知財政策を行うことの根拠と範囲を理論的に検討した。次いで、全国自治体での知財政策の実施状況に関する実態を調査し、様々な知財政策による政策効果を実証的に分析した。さらに産学連携等のNW構築や複合用途の高密度集積による生産性の増進効果を解明した。これらの分析を通じて、知財関連法制度の改善課題を明らかにしたうえで、自治体にとって有益なツールとなる知財政策の効果計測手法を開発した。
