| Research Abstract |
本研究では、従来の二つの主要な地殻変動観測のスケール、すなわち横坑に設置された伸縮計による10m~100mのスケールの観測、およびGPSによる10km~100km基線での観測、の中間のスケール(数百m~数km)の地殻変動を観測する手法を開発する。具体的には、2光波干渉計をベースに「量子標準」を測定基準としたシステムを開発する。その結果、高分解能と長期安定性をともに有する観測が可能となり、テクトニック変動をリアルタイム観測できる長期地殻変動観測手法の確立をめざす。
