Research Abstract

物理的・化学的に超クリーンな環境で、合成から構造解析・物性評価に至るプロセスを一貫して進行させる高速かつ省エネルギーな革新的ものづくり研究開発システムの構築を目指し、超小型パルスレーザ薄膜堆積ユニットと、複数のモジュールを接続するフレキシブル試料搬送ユニット(中央制御機構)を開発した。超小型KrF レーザや板バネを用いた新搬送機構の採用によりスペースを従来システムの1/4以下にし、かつ自由度の高い薄膜・評価システムの構築を実現した。
