Research Abstract

植物に特有のミトコンドリア分裂因子ELM1 を新たに同定した.このタンパク質は, ミトコンドリア分裂時に分裂装置の一つであるダイナミン様タンパク質DRP3をミトコンドリアへリクルートする機能を持っていた.花粉成熟の過程でタペート組織が崩壊する際に, ミトコンドリアが約室内に放出されることを新たに見出した.
