| Research Abstract |
農業上の重要病原体の1つである植物ウイルスの複製機構を明らかにするため、ウイルスゲノムRNA複製装置に含まれるタンパク質とRNAを解析した。その結果、RNA複製に重要なタンパク質-タンパク質、およびタンパク質-RNA相互作用の分子基盤を明らかにした。また、ウイルスがRNA複製あるいはタンパク質の翻訳に利用すると考えられる植物タンパク質を同定した。
