Research Abstract

本研究では東南アジア地域で優占している樹種で生態的にも林業的にも重要であるフタバガキ科の数種を対象として、東南アジア各国と協力しDNAレベルでの大規模な系統地理学的研究を行なう。それぞれの地域の保有する遺伝的な特徴を明らかにし、最終的には材の産地識別のためのDNAデータベースの構築を行うことを目的とする。
