Research Abstract

乳牛と肉牛の生産では世界の25%~40%を占めるアメリカ大陸の主要な畜産国を対象にして、牛白血病の発症に対して抵抗性と感受性を規定するBoLAクラスII対立遺伝子をPCR-SBT法を用いて同定する事が目的である。
