Research Abstract

3次元画像の局所的な2次関数近似と多重解像度解析に基づく局所的な線・面の位置・方向の精密決定、多重解像度空間探索による線状・面状の大局構造(尾根線、尾根面)の自動抽出、撮像系特性を考慮に入れた超解像精密定量化を行う3次元線状・面状構造解析の統一的枠組みを構築した。この枠組みに基づいて、3次元MR画像からの関節軟骨厚精密定量化、3次元CT画像からの骨折部位(骨折線)の抽出と骨折整復計画、3次元CT画像からの肺3次元CT画像からの肝血管の抽出とカテーテル治療支援などの医学問題に応用して、有効性を実証した。
