| Research Abstract |
The degeneration of lumbar vertebral disc is supposed to be a cause of chronic low back pain. We demonstrated the pathomechanism of disc degeneration and developed a gene therapy for the treatment of disc degeneration. This study successfully proposed the less invasive treatment for chronic low back pain.
