| Research Abstract |
NPM(New Public Management)理論のもと、行政への民間企業型経営手法の導入が我が国でも進められている。その一つである「指定管理者制度」が2006年度から本格的に施行されたが、指定管理者による管理運営の適切な評価基準が我が国では十分に議論されているとは言えない現状にある。以上を踏まえ、本研究では我が国における公共スポーツ施設のベンチマーキング指標を確立するとともに、公共スポーツ施設の管理運営のモニタリングシステムの確立、地理情報システム(GIS)による分析結果も加味した公共スポーツ施設の管理運営に関するベンチマーキングサービスの実現を目的とする。
