Research Abstract

放射線高感受性ric1細胞は、DNA2本鎖切断の修復が遅延しており、γ線による断片化を伴う細胞死が起きない。緑色蛍光蛋白質(GFP)遺伝子を生殖細胞特異的に発現するric1系統を用いたところ、卵割期にすでにric1生殖細胞は、放射線高感受性であり、生殖腺移行後に孵化率に影響を及ぼさない線量に対して大きな性差があることも分かった。また、酸化損傷修復に関わるOGG1遺伝子の突然変異ホモ接合体メダカを作製した。
