Research Abstract

透過型電子顕微鏡法、原子間力顕微鏡法、および走査トンネル顕微鏡法の複合機能原子直視型顕微鏡法に、さらに光研究のための実験手法を組み合わせる. 1つのナノデバイスの原子ダイナミックスをその場で直接観察し、さらにその光学的性質をはじめ電気的性質、力学的性質をすべて同時に解析する手法を開発し、光ナノデバイス研究に応用する.
