| Research Abstract |
Development of a novel biofilm continuous culture method for simultaneous assessment of architecture and gaseous metabolite production地理データは市町村,建造物等を対象とし,それぞれの対象に付随するデータと対象相互の関連を示すデータからなっている.後者には,通勤データ,物流データなどのように非対称性をもったものが多数存在する.この非対称性を反映した対象の交互関係の視覚化方法の提案を行った.また,対称相互の関係がグラフ構造で与えられている場合の対称の重要度を表す指標を提案し,その妥当性をゲーム理論を用いて保証した.さらに,データ間の距離として有用なEarth Mover's Distance の効率的な計算法補を提案した.
