| Research Abstract |
二つの製造業大企業の製造ラインの従業員とその管理監督者に対して、訓練、生産性、人的資源管理などに関する継続調査を行いそのデ-タをもとに、従業員レベルでのOJT、OffJT、自己啓発の量と生産性の関係を明らかにする。
また、インタ-ネットにより高卒者・卒業予定者へ意識調査を行い、高校時代の生活や進路指導、成績などが卒業後の進路や労働条件にどのような影響を与えているかを明らかにする。
