| Research Abstract |
日本のハイテク・スタートアップの成長モデルは、内部留保による地道な資金調達、複数の製品ラインや受託開発やサービス提供と組み合わせてリスクを回避する複雑な事業構造という特徴を持つ。日本の課題は、起業家の人材不足と、起業支援のネットワークが不完全なことである。起業人材が豊富で、起業支援ネットワークが機能しているシリコンバレーやケンブリッジ地域は異色であるものの、それら地域でも人材育成やネットワーク構築には多くの時間がかかっている。日本においても起業インフラシステムが構築されるまでには、長い時間が必要になる。
