高齢者のQOL支援のために、1)高齢者が認知した身体能力と実際の身体能力のズレに関する研究2)高齢者の潜在的及び顕在的自己概念に関する実験的研究3)高齢者のし忘れに関する研究4)高齢者の受療行動の適正化に関する意思決定の研究の4つの視点での調査・実験を行い、支援策に対する新たな知見を得ることが出来た。
