Research Abstract

統合国際深海掘削計画第310次航海で採取されたタヒチ島のサンゴ礁堆積物を検討し, 後氷期の古海洋環境と,急速な海水準上昇に対するサンゴおよびサンゴ礁の応答を明らかにした. また, 最終間氷期直前の海水準上昇(Termination II)に関する新知見が得られた.
