Research Abstract

水中において高度な糖鎖識別機能を有する分子鋳型センサーの開発を目的として,フェニルボロン酸型比色・蛍光プローブのカチオン性ポリマーやシクロデキストリン(CyD)ゲルへの導入,両親媒性型プローブの開発,および糖を鋳型とした界面認識反応で新しい会合形成を行う新規な分子鋳型センサーの開発を行った。その結果,デンドリマー界面での糖を鋳型としたプローブ/デンドリマー複合体の自己集積によって,新規な応答原理の分子鋳型センサーの開発に成功した。
