Research Abstract |
In order to develop design criteria to ensure the reliability and long-life capability of novel smart electronic systems, high performance micro/nano devices, etc., we investigated the effects of electric fields, domain wall motion and polarization switching on the electromechanical and fracture/fatigue properties of advanced piezoelectric material and thin-film systems theoretically and experimentally.
