| Research Abstract |
本研究は、次世代の硬X線望遠鏡用非球面レプリカ反射鏡を製作する基盤加工技術を開発することが主目的であり、最大径600mmの非球面金型が製作可能な超精密非球面加工装置を開発し、超精密ダイヤモンド切削により直径300mmの無電解ニッケル製非球面金型を製作した。金型の表面粗さ0.3nm rms以下を得るため、研磨法の開発を行い、直径300mm、ミラー長210mmの回転放物面・回転双曲面からなる大型金型を表面粗さ0.23nm rmsに仕上げることに成功した。
