| Research Abstract |
計測システムの高度化に関して, ステレオならびにダイナミックマイクロPIVの高精度化を達成し, 剥離・再付着流れに応用した.さらに, 2素子型マイクロセンサの静・動特性試験を実施し, 物性値の影響を考慮したセンサ特性を明らかにした.実験技術の高度化に関し, 各種のガスを使用可能なマイクロセンシング脈動風洞を完成させ, 高速デバイスによりシンセティックジェットの高速化を実現し, 制御効果を総合的に評価可能なシステムを構築した
