| Research Abstract |
地方都市において、車交通を抑制するために駐車場税を導入し、その税収を公共交通の補助金として使用する施策は、おおよそ45~50%の人が賛成する受容性のある施策である。公共補助による現行路面電車の運賃値下げは、短期的に効率的な施策であり、オプション価値を加味することによってさらに効率性が上がると評価できる。公共受容の構造解析、路面電車運行の費用便益分析、及び公共交通のオプション価値の評価について手法開発を行う。
