| Research Abstract |
脆性的挙動を示す既存鉄筋コンクリート建物の耐震性評価の「精密化」を目的とした研究を行った。主要な成果はつぎのとおりである。1) 柱の崩壊変形の評価に基づき, 最大荷重以降の挙動を考慮した形でせん断柱の靱性指標を求める手法を提案した。2) 古い集合住宅の耐震性を, 二次壁が付いた状態での柱の崩壊実験の結果に基づいて評価した。3) 旧基準3層RC建物のサブストラクチャ擬似動的実験を行い, 最下層の構造耐震指標Isが0.41および0.62である建物が崩壊する地震動レベル等を示した。以上の成果は, 上記目的に資するところ大と考えている。
