Research Abstract

亜臨界水処理によるカニ殻からのキチン連続生産法の開発を目的として、バッチ反応器によるキチンおよび各種有用物質の生産における最適条件の探索、生産した各種有用物質の連続分離法の確立、連続亜臨界水処理パイロットプラントによるキチンの連続生産法について検討を行い、キチンを含む有機性廃棄物であるカニ殻から、従来よりも少ないプロセス、短時間処理で、しかも格段に低いコストで、高純度のキチンを生産する全く新しいキチン生産法を確立した。
